LOGIN PROBLEMS: I've forgotten my login details for my Domain Account?
When you signed up to our services you will have received a Domain Manager username and password. Please check your email archive to find this.

If you have since deleted this, you can retrieve it by visiting our Domain Manager website at www.domains.loungenetwork.co.nz going to the Customer Login section on the left side of the page, and at the bottom of this section you will find a 'Forgotten your password?' link. Click this link, and you will need to enter either you Domain Manager Username OR the email address associated to the domain account. You will then be prompted to enter the answer to your secret question.
If you still are not able to get access, please email us, and we will email the login details to the email address on record.

Please note that if your email address has changed, and you haven't updated it inside the Domain Manager, and you therefore can't check the email address we sent it to, then you will need to confirm your identity to us so we can manually change your email address to a new one. This is for security to ensure that someone else doesn't illegally gain access to your account and Domain Name.
