STEP 2: First you will need to setup a new contact, with your new details. Under the 'My Account' section in the left hand menu, click the 'My Contacts' link.
STEP 3: Enter all your new/current details, and then press the save button.
STEP 4: Next you will need to apply that new contact to your domain name/s. Under the 'My Account' section in the left hand menu, click the 'My Domains' link.
STEP 5: Click the 'Settings' link next to the domain/s you want to modify the contact details of.
STEP 6: Scroll down to the 'Contacts' section, and select your new contact details from the 'drop down' selection menu. You will need to update all three fields

IMPORTANT: If you also need to change the email address that is associated with your Domain Manager account, you will need to also change this. This isn't automatically changed when your registry details are updated. You can change your Domain Manager email address by going to the 'My Account' section in the left hand menu, and clicking on the 'My Account' link. You can also change your password and setup your secret question from within that section.
Clients on our Corporate or Business Class hosting plans can change their contact details from within their hosting control panel. Instructions for doing this can be found at knowledgebase.loungenetwork.co.nz/index.php?op=view&t=355
We can also manually make these contact changes for you with the domain registry, if you email us a request. However there is a $25+GST admin fee to cover our time for performing this service. Therefore we recommend that you do it from within the control panel, where there is no cost.
