GENERAL: How do I request my UDAI from my existing Domain Registrar?
You can usually automatically generate a UDAI for your domain name, through your domain registrars domain control panel. If you don't have access to a control panel, to get you UDAI, all you need to do is email your existing domain registrar the following request.

Please can you email me the UDAI for mydomain.co.nz (replace with your own domain)

Thanks

They will then send the UDAI code to the email address of the domain registrant on record. Please note that the domain registrar must send you this within a few days of the request being made. If you are not able to get a reply from your domain registrar, we would recommend contacting the Domain Name Commissioner at www.dnc.org.nz

If you are not sure who your existing domain registrar is, please enter your domain into the following form http://www.loungenetwork.co.nz/whoisnz/ . Your domain registrants details are listed under the 'Registrars' details. If you need further help, please email us.
