USAGE: Why doesn't my UDAI work?
UDAIs will become invalid whenever a modification is made to your domain name or settings. Such changes may include domain renewal, updating of contact details, or modifying the domains technical settings.

Due to this, you should generate a new UDAI immediately before you need to use it, via your Domain Manager account. Using an UDAI that was generated prior to any domain modification will probably be invalid, and will require you to generate a new one.

If your domains UDAI is no longer valid, you can generate a new one at any time inside your domain manager, by logging into your Domain Manager account, and navigating to the domains section. Our domain manager can be found at www.domains.loungenetwork.co.nz/
